The world today is in need of dire reflection. Amongst the many problems that plague our planet, is the inability to effectively handles our own species. For centuries we have been gaining further independence from nature, and it seemed like we were making progress. But now, with increasing exploitation of limited resources, burgeoning human population, ever-increasing polluting of our environment, and recent instability with our economy, our species is in danger (or endangered/) of becoming out of our ability to control.
